Premier ($5,498/mo) — A dedicated full-time agent representing your brand, complete customer service and business process management, social media content creation, and white-glove priority support across every tier.
Core is built around intelligent automation — it gives you a complete CRM, AI-powered follow-up sequences, lead capture, and an AI voice receptionist that handles after-hours calls, overflow, and scheduling. There are no live human agents. The AI handles what it can; everything else gets logged and routed for your team to handle.
Pro adds live professional human agents who answer calls and handle customer inquiries for your business every day. You also get advanced multi-touch lead nurturing sequences and expanded usage limits (1,500 voice mins vs. none in Core; 1,000 SMS segments vs. 300; 1,000 Conversation AI messages vs. 500). The AI still works behind the scenes 24/7 to cover every gap the agents don't.
Premier is for businesses that want a dedicated professional — a single, full-time agent who knows your business inside and out and represents it as their primary focus. No. Every plan includes onboarding and system setup at no additional cost. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.
None. Each plan is a flat monthly rate with everything included — the people, the AI, the CRM, the automations, and your included usage limits. If your usage needs grow beyond plan limits, we'll have that conversation transparently before anything changes on your invoice.

What's Included

A2P (Application-to-Person) registration is required by carriers before businesses can send automated SMS messages at scale. Without it, your texts can be blocked or filtered. Every Nitro Axentra plan includes A2P registration and compliance prep so your SMS campaigns reach the people they're supposed to.
The AI receptionist handles inbound calls when your team can't — after hours, during overflow, or when no one is available. It can answer common questions, collect caller information, book appointments, and route urgencies. In Core, it's your primary voice coverage. In Pro and Premier, it works alongside live agents to ensure nothing slips through the cracks around the clock.
It means there's no cap on the number of minutes in inbound calls or inquiries the AI handles. In Core, AI voice minutes are capped at 150 minutes per month. Pro and Premier remove that ceiling on inbound AI coverage so your business never hits a wall during a busy period.
We configure it for you. Onboarding includes building out your CRM structure, connecting your channels, and setting up your automation workflows. You don't touch settings you don't want to. We build it to your business, not the other way around.
Premier includes content creation as part of the full-service package — your dedicated agent coordinates content relevant to your business to keep your social presence active and on-brand. Details are scoped during your onboarding based on your channels and cadence.
